Kymin Dash

Nearer to home a large number of Forest athletes took part in the Spirit Of Monmouth’s Kymin Dash.

The Kymin Dash is a challenging and very scenic 7.1 mile race, straight up to the top of the Kymin above Monmouth, and back down on a long scenic loop of the Wye Valley.

The winner once again was Huw Edwards in 40.06. The first Forest runner to finish was Marcus Bennett in 44.45. Other results as follows
