We are proud to organise a variety of popular races throughout the year, welcoming runners of all abilities from across the region. Each event has its own unique character, from fast track miles to muddy festive fun.

🏟️ Forest Mile
Held at our track at Five Acres, Coleford, the Forest Mile is a friendly and inclusive one-mile race open to runners of all abilities. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or running your first mile event, this is a relaxed, supportive competition.

🌲 Fountain Five
The Fountain Five is a scenic 5-mile trail race starting from Parkend, with its base at the iconic Fountain Inn. Expect woodland paths, challenging terrain, and a great post-race atmosphere.

🛣️ Blaisdon 10K
The Blaisdon 10K is a well-established road race, starting and finishing at the Red Hart Inn in Blaisdon. A popular event with a friendly village feel, it’s ideal for those looking to race fast or step up to the 10K distance.

⛰️ Coppett Hill Race
The Coppett Hill Race is a traditional fell race that rewards strength, determination, and a love of hills. A tough but rewarding challenge with stunning views at the top.

Our festive season favourite, the Christmas Tree Race, is a lively end-of-year 5-mile run complete with fancy dress, seasonal spirit, and usually plenty of mud. Starting from Ellwood Football Club, it’s a fun and social way to round off the racing year.
