We have 1 Male Veterans team & 2 Mixed teams this year
REQUEST: MARSHALS. I’ve had a request for assistance marshalling. Is anyone able to spare some time to marshal. Runners or supporters. Each leg has a water station at half way & there are a few busy roads to be negotiated. This is a good opportunity to see some of your fellow FoDAC athletes, cheer them on & give them that much needed boost when the going gets tough.

If you can’t do your assigned leg for any reason please contact me ASAP as I have a couple of reserves. There will be 3 vehicles following the course for the day: Myself, Helen Brown (pm only) & Alan Robertson (unless he’s called on to run). We can help returning runners to their cars after leg completion just let us know.
