After the success of the 2014 championship the 2015 championship will follow a similar format but with a reduction of qualifying races to 11 plus 3 bonus races: Track Mile, Gwent XC, Glos XC
Nominated Races: Cheltenham clashes with FoD Autumn HM now so transferred in Breinton 10M
There will be 43 nominated races but no-one has to run them all to win since only 14 of them will be used for the total score.
ANY MARATHON between Dec 6 & Nov 21 will count as a LONG race

Choose 4 Long runs (10 miles or more – only one FoD HM & one marathon)
Choose some more trail runs (any distance) till you’ve got 4 with the Long ones
Now choose some road runs (any distance) till you’ve got 4 with the Long ones
Now any 3 others will count
If you’re after maximum points remember to do a XC from each league & a track mile in addition to the basic 11
