The Forest of Dean AC holds a mile event each year – The Spring Mile. We use the Five Acres High School running track.

Start Juniors 6.00pm – Adults 7.00pm.
U7/9/11/13/15/17 – SNR V40/50/60/70
Prizes for 1st/2nd/3rd & 1st V M&F. Toilets/Refreshments on site/ Parking on site. Cost of entry £2.00 affiliated / £4.00 unaffiliated to be taken on the night.
PLEASE PRE-REGISTER HERE: TBC ENTRIES ALSO TAKEN ON THE NIGHT. Registration starts from 5.30.
THERE WILL BE NO NORMAL TUESDAY NIGHT TRAINING SESSIONS WHEN THE MILE EVENTS ARE ON!
