Kymin Dash

Whilst many Forest of Dean AC runners were away in Wales competing in the “Round the Lakes 10k”, 6 members took part in Spirit of Monmouth’s re-established Kymin Dash.  Chris Penny was the first of these to finish: 14th in 46:52, followed by John Russell 48:02; Dan Sandford 49:30; Richard Powles 50:41; Simon Urry 56:15 and Peter Short 59:32.
