Virgin Active London Triathalon

Kate Frost completed her first Olympic distance triathalon, 1500m swim, 40k bike ride and 10k run.  She is raising money for the Wye Valley NHS Trust Umbrella Charity, and also had her hair cut short as part of this.
She commented: “Did it! Really enjoyed my triathlon, and very happy with my time. Not got official results yet but I think I got 3hours10 mins. Soon as I realised half way round the swim that I was going to be ok then it was brilliant. Thanks everyone who sponsored me!”
