A few hardy forest runners, braved the New Years Day hangover, and went up to Hereford for the annual Wye Valley Runners 10K race, on 1st January.
A good run from Ian Smith, 38.34 in 19th overall, was 1st MV50! Also running were: Dave Lowthian, 33rd. 40:24 and Peter Short, 135th in 51:24.
