A number of FODAC athletes have been getting on their bikes, and taking to the water, by competing in Triathlons recently.
The most successful was Tori Baker, who was crowned British Champion in the F30-34 class at the British Sprint Distance Championship.
Julian Boon completed the Blaenavon Tri in Abergavenny, finishing in 25th place.
Claire Morgan and Darren Creed took part in the Westonbirt Triathlon.
