Angela Sonn, Eva Goodhead and Wendy Lawrence ran the third race in the Skyline 10K series at its new location starting at Bath racecourse – and it turned out to be the muddiest race they had ever done! With mud at times up to their knees and the second half of the 10k saw them going steeply down through a wood on narrow muddy steps, then back up through the same wood following a stream and steep, very muddy slopes.
For their efforts they were rewarded with the final connecting medal of the set. Wendy was the 1st V60 female in the 10k and Angela was the first V50 lady in the 5k.
