Lliswerry 8

The first Forest of Dean AC Club Championship road race took place at the Lliswerry 8 miler: a regular club favorite.  Weather conditions were better than last year: cool and overcast with a slight breeze.  24 club members took part.  First man was Chris Penny: 24th in 47.44, followed by Leyton Fleet 48.57 and Richard Pegler 50.09.  First lady was Tori Baker 57.39, followed by Sherryl Hall 59.23 and Stef Francis 65.06.  Photos below show Chris Penny (l) and Tori Baker (r) (in pink).
