Following on from the fantastic turn out at Saturday’s Cross Country the club is hosting its own xc series, the first event is this Saturday 12th Oct at Lakers starting at 11am.
If you have secondary School age children please encourage them to run and to bring some of there classmates as there will be school team prizes for each race aswell as individuals.
The club also needs your help to make cakes, marshal, help with the entry’s, selling tea and cakes, compiling the results please help.
I hope with these races we can attract more of this age group to the club and Jack Fleet and Emily Dowle who performed wonderfully well on Saturday can have a team behind them to support them.
