Merthyr Police 10

This annual race normally follows the Taff Trail from Merthyr for 5k before retracing the route back.  This year, the area used as the start was inaccessible so the race would have been a little shorter and two distances, 5 miles and 10 miles, were offered instead.  In the 5 miler, Forest of Dean AC were represented by the Dimmer family.  Simon was first to finish, 6th in 33:32 and 1st MV50.  Janet was next, 14th in 37:17 and 1st LV45.  Martia completed in 46:16.  Alan Robertson finished the 10 miler in 1:15:47 and Chris Moore in 1:17:34.
