The final race of the season was held in the best conditions of the series: cooler, cloudy with little wind. Of the competitors, special mention goes to partially-sighted runner Lisa Metcalf-Woodward who, guided by Ivan, finished in 44:36.
First Forest of Dean AC finisher was Daren Smith in his first run at the event: 28th in 24:27, followed by Julian Boon 24:59 and Marcus Bennetto 25:37. The other finishers were Scott Berry 27:16; Alan Robertson 27:24; Jason Ross-Collins 27:41; Chris Moore 28:09; Rob Freeman 28:30; Roger Morgan 30:14; Jacqui Wynds 30:41; Michael Marks 30:41; Kate Frost 32:48 and Claire Morgan 33:31. Second-claimer Kyran Hale was 6th in 21:15.
