Junior Race Entry, Age Recommendations

The Club that Juniors DO NOT run distances that are in excess of the UK Athletics age recommendations.

Whilst the Junior runner may be capable of running the distance, continued over distance running may cause physical damage to the runner because their physiology is still developing.

The Coaches recommend that Juniors compete in their appropriate age category in Cross Country in the Winter and Track and Field in the Summer.
