This event, organised by the LWDA, is listed as a spectacular autumnal event in the Eastern hills and valleys of South Wales. The unmarked route is across open moorland and through ancient woodlands and up and across several hills. A very tough course as experienced by FODAC runner Dan Sandford, who went slightly of course and did over 27 miles in 5 hours 58 mins. Jo Babij & Tony Pownall also completed the course in 8 hours 28 mins.
