Standish Woodland 10

Stroud & District AC’s annual event is a multi-terrain race over a course of almost ten miles following parts of the Cotswold Way.  The route is hilly and run on mainly woodland trails, with some road along the scenic Cotswold escarpment.  This year’s event was held on August 11th, which just allowed Jacqui Wynds to take part in her first race as an FV60 (sorry Jacqui).  She finished 79th in 1:26:04, two minutes faster than last year.  The only other Forest of Dean AC runner was Liz Usedon, who finished in 1:35:57.
