Forest of Dean Athletic Club member Rachel Nash celebrated her birthday by taking part in the first race in Chepstow Harrier’s Rose Inn 4 mile series, recording a time of 31.25. She was joined by many of her club colleagues in light rain and a slight breeze: much better than many of these races in the past. First FODAC finisher was Steven Harris, 16th in 23.21. First lady was Sherryl Hall in 27.45.
