This second running of the Dorstone Dawdle drew a much bigger field.
There were 82 starters, up from 26 in 2013, of which 35 were in FoDAC’s Green & White thanks to a its status as both championship race & our first Mob Match against Hay Hotfooters. There were a number of first time FoDAC competitors & they all ran really well.
Peter Woodward was once again first FoDAC home, beaten into 2nd place by James Smith.
Carmen Rodriguez was first FoDAC lady.
In the Mob Match it’s fair to say we overwhelmed the Hay Hotfooters in both quantity & quality. Final Score: 1368 – 334!
Afterwards we athletes refuelled in scientifically proven fashion with burgers & cider.
