Apperley Quarter Marathon

This race, slightly longer than than the usual 10k, was run over roads and fields alongside the River Severn.  The winner was Jay Dowding in 39:53.  First Forest of Dean AC runner was Walter Leach, finishing 29th in 45:31, about 1 minute quicker than 2012.  Next was Chris Moore (47:58), followed by Alan Robertson (50:25) and Graham James (53:42).
