Tuesdays - 6.15 pm-7.30pm - Secondary School Juniors (Years 7-13) and Seniors (age 18-80)
Training session for Track & Field and Endurance sessions. Meet at the club hut at Five Acres Track

Tuesdays- 6.30pm -7.30pm Senior Ladies & Men's "Beginners, Improvers and Advanced Running Groups" track session run by Walter Leach & Claire Morgan.  All welcome!

Note: The former Wednesday Seniors session has now been amalgamated into the Tuesday session.
