The most glorious autumn afternoon saw some excellent performances by the FODAC athletes. Notably in the senior ladies race by Helen Brown who was 4<sup>th<\/sup> and by Peter Woodward in the senior men\u2019s who 16<sup>th<\/sup> and in the juniors John Hamilton was 7<sup>th<\/sup> in the MU17. The teams also put in some sterling performances to give the Men\u2019s Seniors 7<sup>th<\/sup>, whilst the Men\u2019s Masters were 5<sup>th<\/sup>. In the Ladies teams the Seniors were 10<sup>th<\/sup> and the Masters 4<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Hereford City 10K \u2013 Nov 1st<\/h2>\n<p>The race is organised by Peak Performance who appeared to have learnt from last year&#8217;s fiasco: the course was well marshalled with suitable signage this time. The\u00a0course, which starts and finishes along the River Wye in Hereford,\u00a0is an undulating course with scenic views of the City &amp; countryside.<\/p>\n<p>Two of the Forest runners, a pair of M60\u2019s, despite having taken part in the previous day\u2019s cross country managed good times, Alan Robertson was 9<sup>th<\/sup> in 44.35 and Chris Moore 20<sup>th<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GLOS AAA \u2013 CROSS \u00a0COUNTRY MALVERN OCT 31st This was the second event in this year\u2019s league hosted by Malvern Joggers and held on Malvern Common.
