This weeks journey for the FODAC championship was Hereford and the Breinton 10m<\/strong> hosted by Wye Valley Runners.<\/p>\n

Described on the website as a 10m undulating course around country lanes it lived up to its description!<\/p>\n

A large group of the white and green army arrived at the rather plush Hereford Rowing club in sunny weather, with temperatures just right for a good run. The start was a short walk along the river wye and up onto the bridge to join a large contingent of runners with many others from Wye Valley runners and Hereford Triathlon club.<\/p>\n

\"Breinton1\"<\/a>Great performances all round with Helen Lipscomb<\/strong> (1:15:31) taking third overall for the ladies and Sue Shergold<\/strong> (1:16:12) taking first Ladies v45. A fantastic result for the ladies team – Helen Lipscomb, Sherryl Hall and Sue Shergold<\/strong> – taking overall first.<\/p>\n

First home for FODAC in the men was Leyton Fleet<\/strong> (1:05:48) in 10th, followed by Jools<\/strong> (1:06:00) in 11th and Chris Penny<\/strong> (1:13:22) in 19th.<\/p>\n
