6\u00a0Forest of Dean AC runners opted to avoid the Sirhowy 10 by taking part in Worcester AC’s Bulmer’s Bash.\u00a0 This twisting and undulating 6.5 mile race takes place in Bulmer’s Cider orchards to the west of Worcester.<\/p>\n

The race was won by Tim Carter (BRAT) in a men’s record time of 38.23.\u00a0 Mark Mathews was the first FODAC to finish in 44.14.\u00a0 Alan Robertson was next in 48.37 and 1st MV60.\u00a0 Other results: Chris Moore 49.38; Graham James\u00a051.51; Jacqui Wynds 57.26 and Chris Hawkins 59.14.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
