{"id":3144,"date":"2014-12-31T09:13:01","date_gmt":"2014-12-31T09:13:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fodac.org.uk\/wordpress\/?p=3144"},"modified":"2014-12-31T09:15:21","modified_gmt":"2014-12-31T09:15:21","slug":"seven-sins-races","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/fodac.org.uk\/wordpress\/?p=3144","title":{"rendered":"Seven Sins Races"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Needless to say very quiet over the Christmas period with plenty of social runs to try and deplete some of the excesses, the one exception was the Trimax Events Seven Sins run. This is a seven mile trail run incorporating seven hills plus copious amounts of mud and wading through two water tunnels. Such is the success of this event that it is now split over two days, this year the 27<span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and 28<span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> December.
