The Avon Track and Field League was set up in 1984 to provide locally-based
\nTrack and Field competition for clubs in or around the Bristol \/ Gloucester
\narea.\u00a0 It is a series of meetings, held monthly throughout the summer and some of the biggest teams in the region, such as Team Bath and Bristol & West, take part.\u00a0 The final meeting has now taken place and Forest of Dean AC came away with two titles.<\/p>\n
In the U11 Quadkids competition, the boys team were the clear winners with the girls coming a close\u00a0second to Bristol & West.\u00a0 Overall, the U11 team were champions.\u00a0 The Senior Men also won their age group.<\/p>\n
