This annual series of 4 track & field competitions had now been completed. \u00a0There were a number of excellent performances by Forest of Dean AC juniors. \u00a0The senior results were dominated by Chris Penny and he improved his times in many of the distances. \u00a0He was also first in the age category in most of these. \u00a0His best times were 150m 20:42; 200m 20:73; 300m 43:46; 600m 1:37.02; 800m 2:10.80; 1500m 4:42.85; mile 4:57.30 & 3000m 10:18.82. \u00a0He was joined by Angela Sonn: 100m 16.7 and 200m 33.74; Helen Kearsey: hammer 22.92m and Heather Jones: hammer 23.71 and shot 6.47.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
