Participants complete a 6ish mile gruelling cross country course interspersed with ten different tests of strength, endurance and co-ordination and plenty of mud. Forest of Dean AC had both a men&#8217;s and a ladies&#8217; team as well as a junior. The Fleet family were out in force and the highest placed man was Leyton Fleet, who was 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0in a time of 59.41.
