From absolute beginners to seasoned athletes, we value <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"153\">participation as much as performance<\/b>. Our qualified coaches lead inclusive, instructive sessions for adults and older juniors in a supportive environment.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Built on Community Spirit<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Founded in 1982, FODAC is a registered charity run entirely by passionate volunteers. Our affiliation with <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"107\">UK Athletics<\/b> ensures the highest standards of safety, welfare, and safeguarding, so you can train with peace of mind.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">We pride ourselves on our atmosphere.
